collin's first trip to the cabin

our first outing

we took baby collin out for his first outing last week. jake's mom was here for a week and was a great extra hand. we took baby collin down to the beach on lake washington for dinner and a stroll along the boardwalk. such a great first little outing as a family!

in other news....

i no longer look like those terrible post jaw surgery pictures. my jaw is healing fast and i have my face back. i still dont have full movement in my upper lip and can only open my mouth one finger width. but i started eating mashed potatoes and oatmeal this week. hallelujah! this is a picture i snapped before my surgery.
