warning.....lots of pictures

we met up with jake's parents for the second part of our vacation. we had a blast with them. here are pictures of all the adventures we went on.

took a boat trip out to molokini island for some snorkeling.

pit stop #1 - venus pool.

pit stop #2 - pipiwai trail hike. two miles in, two miles out.

went off trail exploring......

and found this beautiful waterfalll and pool.

went through the mile long bamboo forest....

and ended up here. the waimoku falls.

pit stop #3 - swam in the seven sacred pools.

pit stop #4 - black sand beach

pit stop #5 - hamoa beach. my favorite.

biked down the volcano. super fun.

honolua bay.

spent the day at oneloa beach. watched the surfers and played in the big waves.

how cute are these little twin surfer dudes? they were awesome.

hiked down to the blowhole.

swam in the olivine pools.

me swimming with the little fish stuck in the pool. they were cool and would jump from pool to pool.

jake feet from diving in. some drunk guy took the picture for us and missed jake in the air.

ended our trip with a visit to lorraine's. she sells the best shaved ice and banana bread. she lives in this little seclusive village in north maui. jake and i visited her on our honeymoon five years ago. we couldn't wait to go back. fun to see her again.
